REGISTRATION
By agreeing to register on "Mequeres" and "MOOQ" you will be accepting, without reservations or exceptions, all the terms of this agreement below. The content of this site, found at www.mequeres.com provides entertainment and dating services for individuals over 18 years of age. Its main objective is virtual interaction with other registered users, aiming at friendship, chatting, dating, meetings, and other forms of interaction.
This agreement ("Agreement") is between you and ("Mequeres", "MOOQ") and governs the use of the Services for Mequeres and MOOQ websites and mobile applications. By using the Mequeres and MOOQ services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). We may modify this Agreement from time to time, and such modification will become effective upon our posting in the app and on the mobile site. We may update you about our changes via email or notify you through the app or on the mobile site. You agree to be subject to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Service after the publication of any modification. This Agreement includes Mequeres, MOOQ, and BOZZ's policy for acceptable use and content published on the app and mobile site, your rights, obligations, and restrictions regarding the use of the app and mobile site, and the Privacy Policy of the Service and Mequeres and MOOQ. If you are under 18 years old, you may not download or use our Services. We do not intentionally collect or maintain information from children under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, your parents or guardians must read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please carefully choose the information you post on our Services and the information you provide to other Members. Your profile on Mequeres and MOOQ may not include the following items: nudity, violent or offensive texts or images. Information posted by other Mequeres and MOOQ members may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive materials, products, or services, and Mequeres and MOOQ assume no responsibility or liability for such material. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post, or remove any posts (including emails) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the app and mobile site and/or Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice and without liability.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You can log in to Mequeres and MOOQ using your email, Google account, or Facebook account. If you use your Facebook account to log in, you authorize us to access and use the information from your Facebook account, including, among other things, your public Facebook profile. You can read more about our Privacy Policy, which contains detailed information about what information is used.
SITE RESPONSIBILITIES
1 It is the responsibility of Mequeres and MOOQ to keep the service accessible 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week, except in the case of technical issues or third-party responsibilities, such as electricity suppliers or communication service providers, or in the event of force majeure, for which it cannot be held liable. However, in such cases, we will make our best efforts to restore the service.
2 Mequeres and MOOQ are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by its users or registrants. Providing false information constitutes a crime of ideological falsity, as specified in Article 299 of the Penal Code, with a penalty ranging from one to three years of imprisonment, plus a fine.
3 Mequeres and MOOQ are not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site’s services. Additionally, they disclaim all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of the form of action, for acts or omissions of its members.
4 Mequeres and MOOQ have the right to remove or edit any content published on the site at any time.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
1 The user agrees to the disclosure of their profile data to other site participants.
2 The user will be solely responsible for the information posted on the site, including added photographs.
3 The user may not: Transmit or disclose pornographic images, images with underwear or similar, images of children, illegal material, defamatory material, that violates the privacy of others, threatening, harmful, injurious acts or information that could be considered discriminatory in relation to any race, color, creed, nationality, or sexual orientation.
Use third-party personal information or user image rights for other purposes.
Attempt to violate Mequeres and MOOQ's or third-party information security systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer networks connected to the Internet via Mequeres and MOOQ.
Send mass messages, messages with repeated content, or any type of spam to registered users.
Disclose or advertise websites, companies, services, product sales, or political advertising.
Transmit images or texts that do not fit the site’s content.
GENERAL SERVICE CONDITIONS
1 Mequeres and MOOQ provide profile registration services and resources that enable virtual interaction between registrants.
2 Mequeres and MOOQ do not engage in or accept discrimination of any kind regarding users' sexual preferences or options, nor their race, creed, or age.
3 According to current legislation, individuals under 18 years old are prohibited from contracting the site’s services, becoming a site member.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
1 The user may cancel their account at any time by accessing their profile (with email and password), then going to "Settings" and clicking "Delete Account".
2 This usage agreement may be terminated or suspended at any time, without prior notice, by Mequeres, MOOQ in case of violation of any terms specified in this agreement or in the event of site inactivity. Although not legally required, Mequeres and MOOQ will notify the member via email of the termination or suspension of their usage agreement.
3 Registered individuals on Mequeres and MOOQ who do not access their account within a period of 180 days (equal to six months) may be removed from the site without any prior notice, whether basic or Premium.
4 Individuals who engage in any form of advertisement through messages (spam) to other users may have their profile banned from the site without any prior notice.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
1 Mequeres and MOOQ will not sell, lease, lend, or share your personal information with third parties. Only with your express authorization or through legal authorization will such information be disclosed to the requesting authority.
2 User registration aims to facilitate interaction between users and also to manage, administer, enhance, and improve the system.
3 In addition to the registration information provided with the user’s consent, we automatically record information such as: your IP address, browser type, operating system, and geolocation.
4 Your personal information is protected by password.
5 You can access your member account at any time using your email and password. If you forget your password, you can request a change.
6 We employ advanced technology in terms of security, particularly against hackers. We never share your personal data unless you give us authorization.
7 It is recommended that you periodically change your password and avoid using the same password for other sites and systems.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
1 A subscription is a fee-based service for which the User will be charged a recurring fee, payable at the time of subscription and, if not canceled, at the beginning of each subsequent billing period (hereinafter: "Subscription"). The price and billing period will be visible on the subscription page before completing the purchase and in the confirmation email.
2 Subscriptions are independent contracts from the user’s account, unless the subscription terms specify a connection to a specific user account.
3 Users can transfer subscriptions to another user account. Upon notification of the new user account, Mequeres will transfer the Premium subscription to the new user account.
4 Both parties can cancel a subscription with a notice period of 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Note that for some countries and regions, special cancellation policies may apply, allowing you to terminate your Subscription before the end of the current billing period and/or request a refund. 5 Cancellation of the subscription will not affect the user's account. The user may continue using their account after cancellation but without the additional features included in the subscription.
6 If the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellation must be done directly through the store, as Mequeres is technically restricted from processing charges or cancellations for these purchases.
7 Subscriptions purchased through other payment providers should be canceled directly with the respective provider and formally (e.g., by email or letter) to Mequeres. When requesting cancellation, the user must provide the order or transaction number associated with the subscription. This number is sent in the confirmation email from the chosen payment provider and can also be found in the provider’s account.
8 Mequeres may terminate a subscription extraordinarily for important reasons without notice. Important reasons include, but are not limited to, insolvency proceedings related to the user's assets, severe or repeated violation of the Terms of Use, or use of the user’s account for illegal activities.
9 If Mequeres terminates a subscription for important reasons for which the user is responsible, the user must compensate for any associated losses.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. Any dispute that may arise from the execution of this agreement shall be resolved in the court of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other.
